The Coaches Executive Club is designed for ambitious coaches who want to elevate their craft through idea sharing, mentorship, and professional development. Members will have opportunities to participate in field and virtual sessions led by USFT Sports ETR Technical Staff, and outstanding guest coaches that have experiences in the College and Professional game.

Members are invited to attend professional and collegiate matches paired with tactical roundtables and staff discussions. These experiences are where guest analysts, including collegiate and professional coaches and technical directors break down game concepts in an education ,focused enjoyable setting.

Monthly virtual classes form a cornerstone of the program and are led by professional, collegiate, and top-level coaches. Topics include game models, periodization planning, team mental health, leadership development, and building positive program culture.

Members also gain access to a license consultation , offering guidance aligned with national federations and sport governing bodies, if your goal is to participate in federation coaching schools.
