Building Outstanding People
At USFT Sports, we believe that success at the collegiate and professional levels is deeply rooted in mental strength. Our program is built for players who not only possess talent but also demonstrate the mindset and maturity required to thrive under pressure and embrace the long journey of development.
We look for unwavering commitment — athletes who train with intent, sacrifice comfort, and stay disciplined in pursuit of their goals. Coachability is key; our players accept feedback with humility and apply it immediately, prioritizing growth over ego. We value resilience — those who respond to setbacks and adversity with renewed focus and determination.
Our athletes exhibit self-discipline, making smart choices about sleep, nutrition, and behavior while holding themselves accountable without needing reminders. They carry a desire to compete, treating every session and match as a chance to sharpen their game and never settling for mediocrity.
A professional approach defines their everyday habits — arriving early, preparing properly, and thinking long-term. We expect academic responsibility, where athletes manage their time, maintain strong GPAs, and take pride in their identity as student-athletes.
Finally, we foster social and societal responsibility. Our players represent their families, schools, and USFT Sports with integrity. They lead by example, respect opponents and officials, avoid negative behaviors online or in person, and contribute positively to their communities.
At USFT Sports, we’re not just building better players — we’re preparing exceptional people.

Player Education
College Search & Education
NIL has become an entire ecosystem—where athletic departments, booster-funded collectives, third-party administrators, and legal frameworks work together to support or regulate athlete compensation. As the legal landscape continues to shift, the NCAA and its member institutions are under pressure to create an equitable, scalable model that benefits student-athletes without compromising the core values of collegiate competition. The next few years will be critical in shaping the long-term future of amateur sports and the student-athlete experience.

Specific Positional Education
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
